10 Tips to Speak Confidently in English

     Hellooo everyone!! how are you doing now?..is it okay?.. being a student really make me exhausted...thinking about the tests..the assignments...hrmmm...I'm always burn the midnight oil..but I don't mind about that because no success will come to us unless we are the one that looking for it..thanks to my lecturers for helping me in having a comfortable life in the future..:) Do you still remember when you still a child?..going to school just want to play with friends..haha..books in your bag just act as a symbolic of a pupil but there's nothing to jot down in the books..and the most scariest is being scolded by your parents when they checked your exercise books....hahaha...what a memorable experience for me..That time, your marks are being counted from your writing exams only, not from your soft skills such as communication skills.

Time goes by..I must learn to accept the fate that I'm not still a pupil. Now, I have grown up..and become more bigger in size than before. Sometimes, I seem like a hippo..hahaha..but do I care, ha? If time goes by, so my education also become more tough. My marks are not only being taken from my exams, it is also being taken from my soft skills like presentation, discussion etc. I must learn on how to speak confidently as I realize that it's important for my future life..so this time I want to share a few tips on how to speak confidently. I have tried some of this tips and I found it's work.!! So, this is your turn to prove it!!!

  • PRACTICE SPEAKING IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR  (don't be shy to look yourself in the mirror because you are all handsome and pretty with your own way ) -[ Just the way you are~] -Bruno Mars
  • ALWAYS WATCHING ENGLISH MOVIE  ( you can choose either you want action movies, romantic movies or etc. The choice is in your hand..try to focus on how they communicate to each others )
  • DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES  (helloo guysss, nobody are perfect in this world, so just do it. Mistakes teach us to feel better than before ) 
  • PREPARATION BEFORE HAVING A PRESENTATION  (doing some preparation like making some notes about your presentation can help you to feel more confidence ) 
  • READING LOUDLY ( Try to read loudly so you can hear your voice or you may record your voice, but don't do this in the library..hahaha )
  • LISTENING ( listening to the song and try to follow the rhythm can help you to say the words with the correct pronunciation )
  • JOIN ONLINE CONVERSATIONAL GROUPS  ( Nowadays, we have a lot of social applications such as Facebook, Wechat, Whatsapp and others. So use them in appropriate ways or you may asks your friends to chat in English..grab this chance!!...)
  • DON'T THINK ABOUT THE GRAMMAR TOO MUCH  ( when you are presenting your tasks, just say what is in your mind..if you too thinking about the grammar, you may stuck because your mind just keep thinking on how to correct your grammar. During the presentation, you must have the idea to elaborate the points. That is more important than correcting your grammar) 
  • TAKE IT EASY  ( Don't be so nervous during your presentation...be relax and calm..imagine that you are Barack Obama that want to give your speech in front of your   
  • LEARN FROM EVERYONE  ( don't be shy to ask your friends' help or you may got nothing until you change your attitude..sharing is caring..)  

   Now, you know a few tips to speak confidently.. I hope you can practice them from now on..don't waste your time...don't be shy to do something good for you...think about it guys!!
